§ 117.25 PERMIT FEES.
   (A)   The fee for a permit shall be $2 a day for each person soliciting or tagging.
   (B)   The City Council shall be empowered to exempt from the provisions of this subchapter relative to fees any charitable, school or church function wherein the proceeds of such function are being raised for a charitable or public purpose.
