§ 117.04 NAME AND ADDRESS TO BE ON VEHICLE.
   Every wagon, cart or other vehicle used by a licensee in and about his or her business shall have the name of the owner and his or her address plainly and distinctly painted on the outside of each side of every such wagon, cart or other vehicle.
