§ 116.215 LICENSE DENIAL OR REVOCATION; RENEWAL.
   (A)   A license may be denied or revoked for any of the following reasons:
      (1)   Violation of any provisions of this subchapter or of the rules, regulations and minimum standards promulgated under this subchapter;
      (2)   Cruelty or indifference to the welfare of a child or adult; and
      (3)   Conviction of the licensee of a felony or a misdemeanor as shown by a certified copy of the record of conviction.
   (B)   A license may be revoked, or a renewal thereof denied, for any of the grounds upon which an application for a license may be denied as prescribed in this subchapter.
