§ 116.214 INVESTIGATION; LICENSE ISSUANCE.
   (A)   The Building Department, upon receipt of an application for license under this subchapter, shall cause the city’s Health Officer, Director of Building and Housing, Fire Inspector and Police Department to make a thorough investigation of the premises proposed to be licensed. In addition, the Building Department shall cause the Police Department to make a thorough investigation of any transportation vehicle proposed to be used for transportation of any children or adults.
   (B)   If all provisions prescribed are met, and the above-named departments have submitted their approval in writing, the Building Department shall issue a license to the applicant at the location specified. The license shall state “this CHILD DAY CARE HOME or ADULT DAY CARE HOME is licensed and shall state the maximum number of children or adults that may be accommodated at any one time”.
