(A) The license shall be displayed in a conspicuous place near the main entrance inside the residential property.
(B) A license shall be valid only in the hands of the person to whom it is issued and it shall not be subject to sale, assignment or transfer, whether voluntary or involuntary, nor shall a license be valid for any residential property other than the one it was issued to by the city.
