§ 116.211 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   A person must apply for and; obtain a business license before operating a child or adult day care home in any residential property within the city. A person must also continue to renew the business license if the person continues to operating a child or adult day care home in any residential property within the city. A person must obtain a separate business license for each residential property the person operates a child or adult day care home within the city. A person will not be issued another business license if the person is in violation of any provision of this subchapter with respect to another residential property within the city.
   (B)   The category required to be used for a person to operate a child or adult day care home in the city is Category I under the city business license fee chart. The person must comply with all the requirements as set forth by the city in an ordinance for a business to obtain a business license and any amendment thereof. The license will not be issued or renewed until all the relevant requirements of this subchapter have been satisfied.
