§ 116.169 VIOLATION OF PROVISIONS CONSTITUTES NUISANCE.
   The maintenance or use of any roominghouse in violation of the provisions of this subchapter shall constitute a nuisance and may be abated accordingly by the Health Officer as provided by the laws of the state. Violations also may be punished under the terms of this code of ordinances.
