At least once a year after a license has been issued or more often if necessary and before the renewal of any license to conduct, keep or operate any such roominghouse, the Director of Building and Housing, Fire Chief and Health Officer shall authorize the reinspection of roominghouse premises and determine that the provisions of this code are being complied with.
