§ 116.144 DUTIES OF LICENSEE.

It shall be the duty of the licensee to comply fully with the provisions of this subchapter and terms and conditions of any agreement made by the licensee with the city or any residents of the city respecting the collection, removal and disposal of garbage, refuse and ashes as defined in § 116.140 of this chapter.
