§ 116.128 DUTIES OF LICENSEE.
   It shall be the duty of the licensee to do the following:
   (A)   Comply with all provisions contained in this code and other ordinances of the city;
   (B)   Inform all prospective contract buyers and sellers of real estate located in the city, prior to the signing of a real estate contract, of the provisions contained in 765 ILCS 75/1 and 75/2, as amended relative to the possible invalidity of the proposed sale unless accompanied by information concerning Housing Code violations as more specifically set forth in the aforementioned sections of the statute;
   (C)   Inform all prospective contract buyers and sellers of real estate located in the city, prior to the signing of a real estate contract, of the provisions contained in § 151.27 of this code of ordinances relative to the inspection service that will be performed by the city prior to the execution of a contract for the sale of real estate; and
   (D)   It shall be the duty of all licensees to show all properties for which he or she has listings of for sale or lease in the city regardless of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry.
