(A) All fees required under this subchapter shall be paid in full at the time of application for a real estate broker’s license.
(B) The annual license fee for a real estate broker’s license shall be $300.
(C) The license issuance fee which shall be paid with application for a new license shall be $50. No license issuance fee shall be charged for a license renewal.
