(A) It is unlawful for any person to advertise, represent or hold himself or herself as, or engage in the business of, or to act in the capacity of a real estate broker, and as defined in § 116.120 of this chapter, without first having obtained a license to do so.
(B) It is unlawful for any real estate broker, as defined in § 116.120 of this chapter, to erect or maintain any sign on any real estate within the city without first having obtained a city real estate broker’s license.
