§ 116.105 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   MOTOR REPAIR OR VEHICLE REPAIR SHOP. Any building, structure or premises within the city where motors or motor vehicles are repairs, rebuilt or restored and where a fee is charged therefor.

   PUBLIC GARAGE. Any building, structure or premises within the city where three or more motor vehicles are stored or parked and where a fee is charged therefor.
