Premises used for a barbershop shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and the employees of the barber shall keep themselves clean both as to person and clothing. Utensils and tools must be sterilized before being used on any patron. No person shall keep as an employee in any barbershop any person afflicted with a contagious or communicable disease of any kind.
