§ 116.001 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BARBER. Anyone who cuts or trims hair and who holds a certificate of registration under the laws of the state.
   BARBERSHOP. Any place where a licensed barber or barbers pursue their calling.
