§ 31.193 DUTY TO AID DIRECTOR OF BUILDING AND HOUSING; DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF BUILDING AND HOUSING.
   (A)   The Health Officer is made a Deputy Director of Building and Housing.
   (B)   It shall be his or her duty to aid the Director of Building and Housing in administering and enforcing the provisions of building ordinances pertaining to health and sanitation.
