§ 115.050 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person shall do business as a florist in the city without having first secured a license therefor.
   (B)   Any person engaged in the business of selling flowers, shrubs, ornamental plants or trees, fruit trees or other nursery stock at retail or wholesale in the city shall be construed to be a florist.
