§ 114.042 MAINTENANCE OF PREMISES.
   (A)   All parts of the establishment and its premises shall be kept neat, clean and free of litter and rubbish.
   (B)   The licensee shall provide a sufficient number of waste receptacles in prominent locations go as to accommodate any papers, cups, containers, utensils or waste materials delivered with his or her product.
   (C)   (1)   It shall be the duty of the licensee to properly police the area and grounds surrounding the food service establishment.
      (2)   Cleaning operations shall be conducted in such a manner as to minimize contamination of food and food-contact surfaces.
   (D)   None of the operations connected with a food service establishment shall be conducted in any room used as living or sleeping quarters.
   (E)   Soiled linens, coats and aprons shall be kept in suitable containers until removed for laundering.
   (F)   No live birds or animals shall be allowed in any area used for the conduct of food service establishment operations.
   (G)   It shall be unlawful to provide food service or allow the consumption of food or beverages outside the interior of a licensed food service establishment or a licensed premises for the dispensing of alcoholic beverages fronting on 159th Street from the western to the eastern boundaries of the city unless a specific variation has been recommended to the City Council by the Plan Commission or, for holders of any class of local liquor license, by an order of the local Liquor Control Commissioner of the city.
