§ 114.037 VERMIN CONTROL.
   Effective measures shall be taken to protect against the entrance into the establishment and the breeding or presence on the premises of vermin. When flies or other insects are prevalent, all openings into the outer air shall be effectively screened and doors shall be self-closing, unless other effective means are provided to prevent the entrance of flies or other insects. Fans used to prevent the entrance of flies or other insects are not acceptable.
