§ 114.032 SEWAGE DISPOSAL.

All sewage shall be disposed of in a public sewage system, or in the absence thereof, in an approved sewage disposal system which is constructed and operated in conformance with applicable state and local laws, ordinances, resolutions and regulations. Non-water-carried sewage-disposal facilities shall not be used.
