The Budget Director shall be directly responsible to the Mayor. He or she shall assist with the preparation and administration of the annual budget of the municipality, shall aid in the preparation and review of budget estimates, conduct management surveys and shall recommend control of appropriate funds, and such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Mayor.
