(A) It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale any candy, ice cream, confections or any food or beverage for human consumption from any motor vehicle or any vehicle or cart of any kind in the city.
(B) This section shall not apply to food dispensers and their vehicles which are properly licensed and which service the dispensing of food products for consumption on the premises of industrial and commercial sites located in the city.
