§ 113.56 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person shall keep, install, maintain, operate, service, lease or distribute any coin-operated electronic game or amusement device upon any premises within the city for use by the public without first having obtained a license therefor.
   (B)   The license fee to be paid by an operator or proprietor to the city shall be in the amount of $50 per year per machine or device, with expiration of the license on April 30 of each year. Where application for a license is made after the expiration of any portion of a license year, a license may be issued for the remainder thereof with the payment of a proportionate part of the annual fee.
