No person shall keep such establishments open for business on a Sunday, or any weekday, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., except that on Fridays and Saturdays such places may be operated until 12:00 p.m. This section shall not apply to an establishment holding a liquor license which permits longer hours.
