§ 113.05 APPROVAL AND INSPECTIONS REQUIRED BEFORE START OF ACTIVITY.
   (A)   Whenever application is made for a license under this chapter for a circus, tent show, carnival, outdoor exhibition or similar activity where an open area is to be used or where temporary seating and shelter are to be used, the applicant must secure approval of the City Council.
   (B)   (1)   The application for a license must include information relating to the type of shelter, seating, available sanitary facilities and other pertinent information.
      (2)   The license shall not be effective for the carrying on of the activity until such time as the Fire Inspector, Director of Building and Housing and Health Inspector have approved the type of temporary seating, if any, the type of shelter, if any, to be used, and the sanitary facilities available.
