§ 113.04 LICENSE FEE.
   (A)   The annual license fee for an amusement license shall be as set forth in § 110.25 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   The City Council is empowered to exempt from payment of a license fee any charitable, school or church function wherein the proceeds of the function are being raised for a charitable or public purpose.
