For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AMUSEMENT. Includes fortune telling, palmistry, astrology and theatrical exhibitions, shows and similar entertainment offered, operated, presented or exhibited for gain or admission for which the public is required to a pay a fee.
PLACE. Theater, auditorium, hall, park, grounds, gardens, tent or other enclosure or area within which it is intended to produce, offer or present any amusement.
