§ 31.136 CORPORATION COUNSEL.
   (A)   Establishment. There is hereby established the office of Corporation Counsel.
   (B)   Appointment. The Corporation Counsel shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the City Council.
   (C)   Compensation. The Corporation Counsel shall receive compensation based upon the fair, reasonable, and customary rates for such services, as approved by the City Counsel.
   (D)   Duties. The Corporation Counsel shall be assigned legal work by the Mayor or the City Attorney to be done on behalf of the city.
