For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CITY. The City of Markham, Illinois.
LIQUOR BUSINESS. Any establishment required to obtain a license from the city for the sale of alcoholic liquor.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM. Digital surveillance system, including one or more cameras, cabling, monitors and one or more digital video recorders that records the activities of employees, customers and other persons who may come onto or around the premises of a business establishment.
