§ 112.046 SALES ON ELECTION DAY.
   It is hereby declared to be the intent of the City Council to authorize the sale and offering for sale of alcoholic beverages on the days of any national, state, county or municipal election, including primary elections, insofar as same are not prohibited by state law.
