§ 31.121 DUTIES.

(A) The City Collector’s responsibilities include receiving municipal revenue from sources other than taxes and those duties as prescribed by Illinois State Statute.

(B) The City Clerk shall hold the office of City Collector, as provided in 65 ILCS 5/31-35.
