No licensee under this chapter shall employ any person who is afflicted with or who is a carrier of any contagious, infectious or venereal disease. It shall be unlawful for any person who is afflicted with or is a carrier of such disease to work in or about the licensed premises or to engage in the handling, preparation or sale of alcoholic liquor.
