Upon approval of the Liquor Control Commissioner and the payment of the required license fee, the City Clerk shall issue to the applicant a license to retail intoxicating liquors under the provisions of this chapter, indicating the classification under which such license is issued, the term for which such license was granted, the name of the license and the location of the premises. Said license shall be signed by the Mayor and countersigned by the City Clerk. Licenses issued hereunder shall apply only to the premises described in the license issued thereon and only one location shall be described in each license.
