§ 31.103 RESPONSIBILITIES.
   The Administrative Assistant to the Treasurer shall provide financial audits and evaluation of all city departments, including, but not limited to, payroll and contract compliance activity from time to time as directed by the City Treasurer for the purpose of determining whether the employees and/or departments are in fact achieving the financial responsibility required by law and by the office of the City Treasurer.
