§ 31.102 QUALIFICATIONS.
   (A)   The Administrative Assistant to the Treasurer shall be qualified by training and experience to handle the requirements and duties of the office.
   (B)   Academic degrees may be considered, but no specific academic degree shall be required as a minimum qualification.
