§ 31.101 AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The Administrative Assistant to the Treasurer shall have supervisory authority as may be from time to time designated or delegated by the Treasurer, orally and in writing.
   (B)   The authority shall pertain to those administrative employees and departments of the Treasurer’s office and shall be designated by the Treasurer.
