§ 31.100 POSITION CREATED.

(A) There is created the office of Administrative Assistant to the City Treasurer within the administrative staff of the city as a confidential and executive office of the city.

(B) The Administrative Assistant to the city’s Treasurer shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Treasurer and the advice and consent of the City Council.
