§ 111.15 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OUTDOOR ADVERTISING. The erecting, placing, posting or painting of any sign, advertisement, notice or display, in or on any place for the purpose of outdoor advertising, so that the resultant display is visible from any street, alley, sidewalk or other public place.
