§ 31.082 KEEPING BOOKS AT CITY HALL.
   The City Treasurer shall keep all books, papers, vouchers, warrants, documents and other written instruments appertaining to his or her office, in City Hall, all of which shall be open to inspection of the Mayor or City Council at any time.
