§ 98.064 NOTICE OF OBSTRUCTED CULVERTS; FAILURE TO CLEAN.
   (A)   If a culvert becomes plugged or clogged the owner or occupant of such property into which such drive or roadway over the culvert leads shall be notified to clean it, the cleaning to be done within 24 hours after notification. The notification shall be done in writing, and may be served by delivering the same to the owner or occupant personally or by posting it on the premises.
   (B)   If the owner or occupant fails to clean the culvert within 24 hours after notification, the city shall cause the culvert to be cleaned and shall charge all expenses of such cleaning to the owner or occupant of the premises.
