§ 98.060 APPROVAL OF MATERIALS TO BE USED.
   Every culvert shall be of the size determined by the Director of Building and Housing to be adequate to permit the free flow of water in the ditch, and shall be corrugated galvanized steel, reinforced concrete, cast iron or such other materials that meet with the approval of the Mayor and City Council.
