§ 98.057 APPLICATION FOR CULVERT PERMITS.
   (A)   No culvert permit shall be issued by the City Clerk until such time as the application for the permit has been approved by the Director of Building and Housing.
   (B)   Upon issuance of any culvert permit, the Clerk shall see that the permit is delivered to the applicant as soon as possible by the Police Department or any other city official or employee.
