§ 98.039 QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO ENGAGE IN WORK.

No permit to enter upon any street, highway, alley or public place for any of the purposes mentioned in this subchapter shall be issued or granted to any person who shall in any respect be in violation of any provision of the city code or city ordinance.
