§ 98.017 SIDEWALK PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS; INFORMATION IS BE INCLUDED.
   (A)   Each application for a permit shall be accompanied by two sets of plans and specifications; except that:
      (1)   Plans and specifications need not be submitted for small and unimportant work when such omission is approved by the Director of Building and Housing; and
      (2)   When an applicant makes application for volume construction wherein each sidewalk is a variation of a basic plan or design and such basic plan or design sets forth various elevations, and the like, the applicant may submit two sets of basic plans and specifications for such mass or volume construction.
   (B)   Plans and specifications shall be drawn to scale upon substantial paper or cloth and shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the nature and extent of the work proposed and show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of this code and all relevant laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. The first sheet of each set of plans shall give the location of the work and the name and address of the owner and person who prepared them. Plans shall include a plat plan showing the location of the proposed sidewalk. In lieu of detailed specifications, the Inspector may approve references on the plans to a specific section or part of this code or other ordinances or laws.
