§ 98.016 APPLICATION FOR SIDEWALK PERMIT.
   (A)   Applicant for a permit shall file an application therefor in writing on a form furnished for the purpose by the Director of Building and Housing or City Clerk. Every application shall do the following:
      (1)   Describe the land on which the proposed work is to be done, by lot, block, tract and house and street address, or similar description that will readily identify and definitely locate the proposed construction;
      (2)   Be accompanied by plans and specifications as required by this subchapter;
      (3)   State the number of linear feet in the proposed sidewalk; and
      (4)   Give such other information as reasonably may be required by the Inspector.
   (B)   The plans and specifications required by this subchapter for sidewalk construction may be filed at the same time and as a part of the plans and specifications submitted in application for a building permit for the construction or change to a building at the immediate site of the proposed sidewalk; provided that, the part of such total plans and specifications relating to sidewalks shall fully meet the requirements of this subchapter.
