§ 31.045 DUTY AS SECRETARY OF BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS AND WATER DEPARTMENT.
   The City Clerk shall be ex officio Clerk and Secretary of the Board of Local Improvements and shall perform such services for that Board as may be required of him or her. He or she shall also be ex officio Clerk of the Water Department.
