§ 96.03 THROWING OR DROPPING DEBRIS OR OTHER INJURIOUS MATERIALS ON STREET.

No person shall throw, cast or put into, drop or leave in or on any street, sidewalk or public place in the city any stone, missiles, nails, glass, ice, iron or any other metal, or any other articles or things.
