§ 31.043 ANNUAL REPORT.

The City Clerk shall, at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Council preceding the close of the fiscal year, report in writing to the Mayor and Council a full statement of all receipts and expenditures of the city for the previous year, the bonded indebtedness and other liabilities.
