§ 95.38 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The city’s Police Department, the city’s Health and Ordinance Department and/or any other department or officer or agent which the city may designate shall be authorized to enforce this subchapter.
   (B)   Any citizen who desires to register a complaint under this subchapter may file a complaint with the city’s Police Department, the city’s Health and Ordinance Department and/or any other department or officer or agent which the city may designate.
   (C)   The city’s Police Department, the city’s Health and Ordinance Department and/or any other department or officer or agent which the city may designate shall, while an establishment is undergoing a licensing or public health inspection, inspect for compliance with this subchapter or upon reasonable cause that the subchapter is being violated.
   (D)   Any owner, manager, operator or employee of an establishment regulated by this subchapter shall inform persons violating this subchapter of the appropriate provisions thereof.
   (E)   In addition to the remedies provided by the provisions of this subchapter, the city, or any person aggrieved by the failure of the owner, operator, manager or other person in control of this subchapter, may apply for injunctive relief to enforce these provisions in the Circuit Court of the county.
