§ 95.31 PROHIBITION OF SMOKING IN PUBLIC PLACES.
   Smoking shall be prohibited in all enclosed public places and places of employment within the city including, without limitation, the following places:
   (A)   Arcades;
   (B)   Aquariums, galleries, libraries and museums;
   (C)   Facilities primarily used for exhibiting a motion picture, state, drama, lecture, musical recital or other similar performance;
   (D)   Health care facilities, adult care facilities and nursing homes;
   (E)   Day care centers, nursery schools, elementary schools, high schools, community colleges, technical training establishments, specialty schools, colleges and universities;
   (F)   Lobbies, hallways and other common areas in apartment buildings, condominiums and enclosed common area in trailer parks;
   (G)   Polling places;
   (H)   Public transportation facilities under the authority of government agencies, including, without limitation, buses, trains, taxicabs and limousines and ticket, boarding and waiting areas of public transit stations;
   (I)   Restaurants, except in bar areas where air from the area is not drawn in or across any non-smoking areas;
   (J)   Restrooms, lobbies, reception areas, hallways and other enclosed common use areas;
   (K)   Public elevators and all retail stores where merchandise is displayed and offered for sale;
   (L)   Rooms, chambers, places of meetings or public assembly, including without limitation school buildings, under the control of an agency, board, commission, committee or council or a political subdivision of the state, to the extent the place is subject to the jurisdiction of the city;
   (M)   Service lines;
   (N)   Shopping malls;
   (O)   Sports arenas or recreational areas, including without limitation, enclosed places in outdoor areas;
   (P)   Grocery stores;
   (Q)   Public meetings;
   (R)   Gymnasiums;
   (S)   Gaming facilities; and
   (T)   Public and private school buildings.
